Set in the beautiful West Coast of Scotland - Rowanhill is an attractive, traditionally stone built and rough cast two-storey self catering cottage with three twin bedrooms in its own garden beside the River Shiel near Acharacle, Ardnamurchan, Argyll.

Rowanhill has been recently modernised and has a bright and airy fitted kitchen with pine table and dining area. It includes a split level electric oven and gas hob plus micro-wave cooker, refrigerator and dish-washer. Sufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided for six people. A deep-freeze is in the hall cupboard.

A washing machine, drier and extra WC are in the cloakroom.

The downstairs lounge has a feature gas fire, television, Video player and easy chairs, and through the window, a beautiful view over the garden and the river beyond.

The house is tastefully decorated and very well furnished with gas-fired central heating throughout.

The downstairs bedroom is beside a bathroom and the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which also has a shower over the bath.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The garden is fully fenced and the grass areas are attractively maintained.
